Shipping policy
The following shipping policy is adapted from Lulu Direct's Shipping FAQ:
Books are printed on demand through Lulu Direct. Lulu generally takes up to 2 weeks for production of the product before shipping, which takes around 1 week. On average, expect around 3 weeks to receive the product after purchasing.
Currently, the countries that the book ships to are: Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Netherlands, Austria, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Australia, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand and Switzerland.
If you reside in a country that is not listed above, contact info@onlywanderinpublishing.com and shipping will be set up for your country.
Incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays, natural disasters, and delivery restrictions may delay your order.
International Mail and Priority Mail services may require extra transit times and may take up to 28 days to complete delivery.
If you received damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged items, or if your order failed to arrive, please contact info@onlywanderinpublishing.com
Some carriers have weight limits, which will prevent certain shipping methods from being available for orders of larger quantities.
International Economy packages are delivered using the postal service of the destination country.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Only Wanderin' Publishing is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Express and Expedited delivery methods deliver Monday through Friday.
